Being a dick to a white person because they’re white is racist. A Hispanic person who is a dick to a black person just because they’re black is racist. An Indian person who is a dick to an Hispanic person just because they’re Hispanic is racist.

Practicing racism is practicing intolerance to other races EVEN if they are white.
